Yes, that is correct. I suppose I should've explicited stated:

If you download and install the MOSS training on a desktop or a MOSS server,
and you launch the training, if you go to one of the lessons that has a
video, the videos do not play in IE8, but do in IE& and earlier.

I'm using IE8 RC1 on Vista Ultimate x86 w/ SP1 and also on Win XP Pro x86 w/
SP3 and the problem happens on both OSes. The OS is irrelevant though.

Hi Shawn,

I thought that when I visited the site, but did not really want to burn the
bandwidth to download it. I still have some technet CD's in their shrink
wrap... so much info.

Try Internet Options - Advanced tab, check "Allow active content to run in
files on My Computer"
