Please try the IE7 group and supply details of the error message.
The recommended newsgroup is microsoft.public.internetexplorer.general

In a proper newsreader:
news://msnews.microsoft.com/microsoft.public.internetexplorer.general

If you must use a web interface:
http://www.microsoft.com/communities/newsgroups/en-us/default.aspx?dg=microsoft.public.internetexplorer.general

Thanks go out to shawn @e-trade .com.

So if you a afraid to do your onine banking "Check your clocks time and date
setting".

Also if you have re-formatted you drive and experiencing these address bar
issues
reset the time and date stamp. This should help.
Many thanks to the unsong heros in the I.T. (info Technology )
departmentsthat go unnoticed for helping with these and other issues.
