Loading Outlook Express

My outlook express only loads to the windows blue line, how can I make it
load to the full screen first time, please?

Hi,

To move hidden windows to a position you can see them.

Atl+Space bar+M

then (without pressing any other keys except) use the up, down, left and
right arrow keys to move the window into position.

Oh, You could click on your OE Start menu icon and select properties, then
select full screen startup from the properties dialog.
