I'm running OE6 with three separate identities, and I don't want or need
passwords on any of them. Even when I DO NOT select "Require Password"
during setup, I am asked for one when I log on to every identity. With no
other option available, I went back into setup and assigned a password to
each identity. If I go back and try to delete them, it doesn't take, so for
years, I've had to deal with entering passwords that I don't even want. I
tried to setup another identity today, and now none of the passwords work for
any of the identities - old or new identities, old or new passwords! I DO
NOT want passwords. How do I get rid of them? Or, at the very least, how do
I change them so that they'll work, or access and download email when,
suddenly, passwords are not being authorized to allow downloads?
