Glitch in Tab Icons

I've noticed while using Internet Explorer 8 Beta 2 that the small icons
located on each tab which show logos of websites doesn't update properly.
For instance, my tabs maintain the icons from previously visited sites like
StumbleUpon or my university's logo even when the page being viewed has
nothing to do with the logo. The logos seem to be maintained even during
separate IE sessions.

This is still a problem under RC 1. I am running XP with SP3 installed. If
you delete browsing history, the problem is tempoarily resolved.

This issue is also apparent in Vista Home Premium 32-bit with SP2
I have found that if I have opened MSN Hotmail, the tab icon has changed,
and when closing and refreshing the page, the icon returns to the expected
icon
I have attempted the History clear suggestion, and still the issue persists.
Keeping an eye out for another reply

Hi,
Did you clear the Temporary Internet Files in addition to the History?
