I don't use Excel but can't you copy and paste from the html file?
You may find an old facility like Bookmark Wizard produces a better
file with names and urls. (I used this for many years)

Is there some reason you choose Excel rather than just keeping the
html file?

Post by KuttyI have added all my necessary web address in favorite of Explorer. It seems
this way is not safe for me. I think of keeping this in excel or word.
Besides this I hope you can suggest a very good way. I experimented by
dragging url to excel column my multiple favorite web addresses. Can I get
better favor from you please.
