I had the same problem since yesterday. I have found the solution today!... Under the Adobe.com site at the following:
http://www.adobe.com/support/flashplayer/downloads.html#fp10
and then to: Adobe Flash Player 10 - Debugger Versions ... and just choose, depending what you are using.
It works wonderfully since... What a relief!!
Have a nice day.

Hello
IE8 Beta 2 starts in what seems to be an infinit loop
I have set the start page to blank and it starts correct with "about:blank"
A second later it tries to redirect t
"res://ieframe.dll/acr_depnx_error.htm#,about:blank"
A moment later it tries to redirect t
"res://ieframe.dll/acr_depnx_error.htm#,res://ieframe.dll/acr_depnx_error.htm#,about:blank
and so on
This is under Windows XP SP3 Media Center Edition (I don't use Visual
Basic)
Please advise
Kind regards
Frank

So How Did I Get Infected Anyway
For quite a few people it's by installing programs like Messenger Plus,
whose ads for malware don't identify the malware as such and try to convince
you that you owe it to the author. See also

Don't ever do a "default" install of anything. Always choose Custom and see
what else is being carried along. Don't install any extras you're not sure
