Changing internet provider..how do I keep current e-mails and tran

I'm changing internet providers and want to keep and be able to access all my
e-mail from my current provider. HOW? What do I do to switch or view them in
new internet providers outlook express?

This does not look like an IE question but...

If they are in OE or some other mail program now, then they will still
be there. You can have many email accounts in OE and probably every
other email application.

Back them up if in doubt.
(or perhaps do it anyway)
